Our QC staff is always moving briskly along the manufacturing lines, ensuring that only the finest ampoules & vials are produced and deemed fit for dispatch. This rigorous attention to detail guarantees that every ampoule leaving our plant is of the highest quality.
In response to growing market demands, we have recently installed two state-of-the-art European vial glass forming machines, featuring the latest technology and comprehensive inspection capabilities.
We take pride in using top-quality glass tubing for both clear and amber Ampoules and Vials. Sourced from the globally renowned SCHOTT AG, these glass tubes ensure that our ampoules and vials are of unparalleled quality, meeting and exceeding global standards.
Our dedication to quality extends to our commitment to environmental sustainability. To maintain a dust-free environment in our facility, we have installed a 300-ton chiller with an advanced filtration system. This not only supports our quality control efforts but also contributes to our goal of operating an environmentally friendly plant.
